This Squier J Mascis Jazzmaster comes with the iconic Jazzmaster body made of lightweight basswood body. Enjoy the comfort of its maple "C"-profile neck featuring a 21-fret Indian laurel fingerboard with 9.5" radius and jumbo frets.
The dual single-coil Jazzmaster pickups have been upgraded with Curtis Novack JM-V and JM-Cajones pickups for enhanced clarity and output. It has a 920D wiring harness for improved signal integrity, and employs classic dual-circuit switching, offering separate volume and tone controls for both lead and rhythm modes via three-way toggle and two-way slide switch. More upgrades include a Mastery OMV vibrato, which is quite an improvement over the stock part The gold anodized aluminum pickguard completes the look perfectly. This guitar also comes with a gig bag.
This Jazzmaster is in great condition, has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop, and is ready for you! A gig bag is included. Any J Mascis Jazzmaster is a nice guitar, but this one, with hundreds of dollars of upgrades, is an especially serious score.
