This bass is a super light contoured mahogany that is resonant and has a double-cutaway design that gives you full access to the fingerboard. The SR505L has a bubinga neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with beautiful abalone inlays. The neck profile is a comfortable slim profile and with a sleek satin finish. It's super easy to play, especially for a 5-string.
The heart of this bass is a a pair of powerful Bartolini MK-5 pickups with the active Bartolini MK1 preamp with a 3-Band EQ perfect for sculpting your desired bass tones. The SR505L comes with an Accu-cast B25 fixed bridge for stability and sustain along with its Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.
This bass is in great condition and comes with a gig bag. It's been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop. For anyone serious southpaw who wants to get down to the lowest register while also keeping the amount spent on the low side, it's hard to be a deal like this on the Ibanez SR505L.
