Used Gibson Custom Shop G0 1960 Les Paul Standard Lemonburst with OHSC
Are you ready for a Les Paul that oozes Historic vibes? This Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul G0 1960 Reissue Les Paul brings it. It was part of a small run of guitars that came out of the Custom Shop, as a limited edition set, and players have gravitated to the "G0" guitars ever since.
This gorgeous Lemon Burst top Les Paul is everything you want from a Les Paul. It features a figured maple top with resonant mahogany body. You get the 1960 specs with the slimmer mahogany neck profile with rosewood fingerboard. This set neck guitar has fantastic tone and excellent sustain. As soon as it came in, we knew we had a winner. It sings, is resonant without being plugged in, and is super comfortable to play.
The heart of this fine instrument is its dual Burstbucker humbucking pickups. You get a Burstbucker 1 in the neck for lower output warm rhythm tones and Burstbucker 2 in the bridge for higher output and more attack perfect for leads. This combination with its individual Volume and Tone controls for each pickup gives you a plethora of tones and perfect for clean or distorted amp settings.
You get also classic Kluson tuners, ABR-1 bridge and stopbar tailpiece. Everyhting on the guitar is original, as is the case.
This Gibson Custom Shop piece is in great condition with a couple of dings and bit of belt buckle rash on the back. It obviously has been utilized as intended - to be played. The techs in our shop have set it up to play perfectly, and it truly does. For anyone looking for "the" Les Paul to add to their collection, this is a serious find.
