Used 2016 Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition Heavy Relic Mischief Maker Aged Aztec Gold With OHSC

For those that want some mischief (or perhaps just fun) in their lives, but on a high end electric guitar, we have something perfect for you: this Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition Mischief Maker.  

Built in 2016 as part of the original run, this model merges classic Stratocaster and Telecaster aesthetics with innovative modern electronics.  Supposedly inspired by on an emergency repair to one of Jimi Hendrix's guitars, some may claim blasphemy but we claim good clean fun.  Yeah, it's a Tele neck on a Strat but this guitar is no joke.  It's a serious guitar for those that one something different.

You get a lightweight alder Strat body with a sweet color over color treatment.  It's Aged Aztec Gold over 3-Tone Sunburst, which is quite the compelling look.  The Heavy Relic treatment gives it a real vintage vibe, allowing the underneath color to come through.  The neck is incredible as well - it's a birdseye maple with a medium tint, featuring 10/56 "V" profile (measuring .880 - .980").  The back of the neck also has the Heavy Relic treatment, so it feels really broken-in, creating an incredibly comfortable playing experience.  A 9.5" radius and 6100 (Jumbo) frets allow you to bend without the fear of fretting out.

Hand-wound pickups—including a 1969 neck, reverse-wound 1965 middle, and Texas Special bridge—deliver exceptional clarity and character.  The blender control unlocks a complete spectrum of hybrid tones by bringing the neck pickup into positions where it wouldn't be normally, while the Greasebucket tone circuit provides smooth high-end roll-off without sacrificing output.  

Other features include an American Vintage Strat bridge, vintage tuners, a single ply eggshell pickguard a bone nut.  The guitar includes Custom Shop Limited neck plate, the original case, and certificate of authenticity.
