Vintage 1989 Taylor 815 Jumbo Acoustic Natural With OHSC

Here's a rare find - a Taylor 815, built in 1989, and aged perfectly.  This is known as a great era of Taylor - this guitar showcases that wonderfully.  While Taylor is not known for its Jumbo acoustics, they definitely have known how to do them right!  They no longer make this exact model, so it's a hard one to hunt down.  We were happy to see it land here recently.

All original, with the original hardshell case.  It's in very good condition for it's age, with some scratches, dings and finish checking/crack (but not structural), as to be expected with a guitar that's 31 years old.  It was just set up by one of the top acoustic service shops around, and then dialed in perfectly by our own luthiers here.

This thing is a cannon.  If you want a small, delicate acoustic for soft finger picking, this isn't the one.  If you want something big and boomy that can create train-like rhythms, then this is for you.  You can still get the articulation that Taylor guitars are known for, but with the added depth and volume only found on a Jumbo.  Whether stage or studio, this guitar is a great choice.
