Electra may be a pivotal character in Greek tragedies, but there is nothing tragic about this guitar. Don't be fooled by its humble Graphite Gray finish. In fact this is an Electra Phoenix, and it's definitely more like a Phoenix. It rises from the ashes of your old tone to give you a sound that burns as bright as your creativity.
This is a Japanese-made Electra, which comes to us from 1983. Yes the guitar evokes the feeling of a certain iconic guitar. Whether it is its double-cut body or tremolo, this guitar will feel very familiar. However, this guitar gives you more with its dual humbuckers for punch and power, and it's coil splitting and phase reversal give you the more tender side with chime and sparkle. You also get individual volume and tone for each pickup with push/pull pots.
This Electra Phoenix is in good condition, especially considering it's age. It's been setup to play perfectly by th techs in our shop, and you're be hard pressed to find one as good as this. 40 years after it's birth, it rises again. Get it now before it flies away.
