Used 1970's Fender Champ Guitar Amp Combo
The Fender Champ has been around for decades, and gone through many incarnations. Some of the best deals on a vintage Champ can be found on ones from the 70's - that's what we have here.
Two inputs, 3 knobs (Volume, Bass and Treble), and an 8" speaker - it's everything you need need with a beautifully simple design, and nothing more. The Champ is only 6 watts, but in a small setting, you don't need more! Studios have stocked these Champs for years for good reason - they can be dialed in quickly, provide a brilliant clean sound but also can bite with a bit of twang, and handle pedals very well.
This amp was recently serviced by local L.A. legendary amp guru Greg Leon, and test to perfect working order. It's all original, except a few replaced resistors and the bia capicitor, and likely a few knobs. The speaker is original....and sounds great!
For those on the hunt for a small workhorse of an amp, with a lot of vintage vibe, this is a great find.
