With its generous contours, powerful sound and remarkable touch sensitivity, Taylor’s new 858e LTD adds another memorable benchmark in Taylor’s enduring heritage of rich-voiced, ultra-playable 12-strings.

This Grand Orchestra 12-string acoustic-electric features back and sides of solid Indian rosewood paired with a Sitka spruce top, powered by our tone-boosting V-Class bracing architecture, yielding a rich octave shimmer with warm lows, crisp trebles and a slightly scooped midrange. The jumbo-style body shape delivers room-filling volume without losing clarity or balance, retaining a dynamic response to a soft touch that pairs beautifully with the blooming overtone profile of the rosewood/spruce construction. This limited-edition model boasts a comfort-enhancing radius style armrest along with the slender Taylor neck, giving players an ultra-relaxed feel despite the large body.

Visual appointments include maple binding and top purfling with rosewood edge trim, a single-ring abalone rosette and matching Element fretboard inlays, a 4.5-mil gloss-finish body to preserve resonance, smoked nickel tuners, and a rosewood pickguard. The 858e LTD ships with ES2 electronics and a deluxe Western Floral hardshell case.
