We are excited to announce the 4005V model bass. This is a modern reissue of the classic 4005 semi hollow body bass that has been discontinued for over 30 years.  Now, once again, it is available.  We just got this Mapleglo version in, and it's beauty.

The highly anticipated 4005V bass guitar from Rickenbacker pays homage to the original 4005 semi-acoustic body from 1965. This updated version features vintage pickups, crushed pearl inlays, checkered binding, and Rickenbacker's new single dual-action truss rod. With a slimmed down neck profile borrowed from the 4003 and an X braced semi-acoustic body, the 4005V delivers the same deep warm tone as its 60's predecessor.
