A Gibson Custom Shop Custom? Yup! We have an incredible guitar here, this killer Gibson Custom Shop '68 Les Paul Custom Figured in Tri-Burst.  It just came in, is in excellent shape and of course sounds amazing.

 

After a break in the '50s the Les Paul Custom was reproduced in 1968 and thanks to its distinct appointments the Les Paul Custom has become one of the most desirable versions of the Les Paul ever made.  To find one in Tri-Burst like this is a rare occassion.

This Les Paul Custom reissue comes with a slab mahogany body with a highly figured maple top with a luxurious Tri-Burst finish. This tone wood configuration gives you the ultimate in resonant tones with incredible sustain. The top and body comes with the stylish multi-ply binding. The set mahogany neck comes with a 50's neck profile and an aged cream bound ebony fingerboard with block pearloid inlays. The fingerboard has 12" radius and medium jumbo frets. The headstock is bounded as well and adorned with the iconic diamond abalone inlay and Les Paul Custom truss rod cover.

These pickups are warm and dynamic and are perfect for any playing style and level of gain. They are perfect for clean tones and shine especially with dirtier settings.
