Pre Owned Fender American Vintage II '72 Telecaster Thinline Lake Placid Blue With OHSC

We just took in this amazing guitar from that lineup: the American Vintage II '72 Telecaster Thinline. It's a faithful reproduction of the revolutionary semi-hollow design's second-generation debut in July '68. Featuring a reshaped curvy pearloid pickguard with a pair of Wide-Range humbucking pickups, it was Fender's first six-string with humbuckers and the first Tele with six adjustable saddles. With such a light body crafted from heavy ash, its iconic tone and feel from '72 is faithfully recreated.
Featuring a “C”-shaped hard rock maple neck, this American Vintage II '72 Telecaster Thinline provides sublime playability with its 7.25” radius fingerboard and vintage tall frets. To authentically replicate Wide-Range humbucking pickups, we brought back CuNiFe magnets, a necessary element to recreate the sonic characteristics of the originals. This 1972 Thinline comes with a convenient "Bullet" style truss rod nut, three-bolt neck plate with Micro-Tilt™ mechanism, “F” stamped tuners, 6-saddle string-through body hardtail with bent steel saddles, all presented in Lake Placid Blue over a semi-hollow ash body.
This one is in excellent, primo condition with no issues - it's obvious that the previous owner barely touched it. The original hardshell case is included. It's been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop. If you're in the market for a Tele Thinline that's high quality and in a super cool color, you've found it!
