Terra Guitar Earth, Wind & Fire - Tiger Stripe
A truly unique guitar....
Terra Guitar believes that music is the heartbeat of creativity, and our electric guitars reflect that passion, each uniquely crafted to inspire artists. This guitar is the Earth, Wind & Fire model number 4 of 10 in Terra Guitar’s debut Alpha Line in their Genesis Collection. Jae Calderon’s craft of carpentry and the music his father shared with him from his early days inspired him to come up with this unique take on making one of a kind guitars that aren’t just instruments, but masterpieces in their own right.
This multilayered guitar is created from 15 layers of 1⁄8” Maple lumber, and is one of a kind. Each layer is laser cut and then hand assembled resulting in a playable guitar merging artistry and function. It showcases simple to intricate lines and shapes in each layer, slowly building depth that plays with light and shadows to enhance the final top layer’s imagery. The multi-tone colored layers are complimented by gold hardware to increase its visual form. Powered by two humbucker pickups to produce a vintage tone with a 3-way switch.
This is the first Terra Guitar build we've had, and are quite impressed. We've never seen anything like it, and are betting that neither have you! Jae Calderon did an amazing job with it, and we look forward to putting it in its new home.
