This St. Blues 61 South features a single-cut semi-hollow ash body that is resonant and articulate. The body is slimmer than most semi-hollow body guitars yet has the classic "F" hole and is stylishly double bound. The bolt-on one-piece maple neck features a comfortable C profile that will keep you playing all night. It has dot inlays and 22 medium nickel frets that are perfect for bending.
Enjoy a wide range of tones with its P90 pickup in the neck and tapped single-coil in the bridge. This gives you thicker articulate tones in the neck position and more bite and attack from the bridge pickup. These pickups are good for clean or distorted playing and it's super easy to find your sounds. Just use the volume and tone controls and its 3-way pickup selector. This Blues 61 South has a rock-solid bridge with individual saddles for good intonation and sustain. You'll stay in tune with a set of nickel vintage-style Kluson tuners with a 15:1 gear ratio.
