Pre Owned 2010 65 Amps Soho Hi Power Guitar Amp Head With Cover

Originally produced in 2007, the Soho is a super-versatile amp with big cojones! We just took this in, and were blown away by how good it sounds.
It goes from AC30-like tones to cranked vintage Plexi. While definitely British-style in tone, it has a tone all its own and responds to guitar volume knob changes. While very versatile, it is also quite efficient. The 35-Watt model has the feel of a 50 Watt amp and, although it might look like a two-channel amp from its control layout, it actually doesn’t have two channels. The Soho has two modes: Normal and Bump, which gives you a “bump” in tone and gain which is controllable like a separate channel – but it’s not a separate channel.
Designed to be a super-functional amp for working players and enthusiasts who desire widely varied tones in one amp, the Soho can transition seamlessly from the best of American tones to the sweetest British tones. In addition to the “Bump” function, there is a defeatable Master Volume that is revolutionary in that it slopes the tone stack as you turn the Master down, giving the Master a very natural sound at ultra-low volumes. The Master can be turned on for “Home” mode and completely defeated for “Gig” mode.
This amp is a must for studio players, small club gigs and enthusiasts who need to play at reduced volumes. Widely adopted by studio players, sidemen, and producers as a "go-to" amp for recording and gigging, we can see why.
This head is in great condition and comes with a cover. We don't see many of these come in and have a feeling it won't last long.
