Are you looking for a super cool Les Paul with a bit of character added and some serious mods? You've found it. We just took in this American-made 2008 Gibson Les Paul Studio, adorned with an interesting sticker on the front - but what's more interesting is the 15 position rotary pot installed in of the tone control.s
This rotary pot gives you a variety of tones. The guitar was rewired so that neck tone control is for both pickups. This is the way the previous owned had it done, and we kept it the same. The humbuckers with gold covers sound full and powerful, just as you'd expect them too. Dual volume & tone controls with black speeds and a 3-way toggle switch round it out. This is one amazing sounding guitar.
The guitar features a solid mahogany body with a maple cap, and a slender profile mahogany neck with an ebony fretboard. It hasd a 1 11/16" nut width, 24 3/4" scale and plays like a dream come true.
The Alpine White finish and the gold hardware makes it a striking guitar (not to mention the sticker on the front again). The are various nicks and chips - be sure to check out the photos to see everything.
The guitar comes with the original hardshell case and has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop. This could be quite the score!
