This guitar features an exceptionally thin neck profile—the thinnest official specification ever used on a production SG—modeled after Angus's very first instrument. This SG features the classic ultra-thin double-cut mahogany body that is lightweight, resonant, and finished in a deep Cherry finish The neck is a specialized Angus Young profile, which is exceptionally narrow at the nut and slim throughout, making it one of the fastest Gibson necks ever produced. It’s topped with a rosewood board featuring lightning bolt inlays and the "large" late-60s style pickguard for that authentic AC/DC aesthetic.
Under the hood, this SG is built for pure aggression. It features an Angus Young Signature humbucker in the bridge for that biting, high-output lead tone, paired with a '57 Classic in the neck for vintage warmth and bluesy sustain.
