Pre Owned 2001 Fender American Vintage ‘62 Telecaster Custom Ocean Turquoise With Case
The American Vintage series, which been a staple of the Fender production line in Corona, California for years, gives players an authentic experience, with period correct specs, accurate sounding pickups and a real lacquer finish. For those that know, the early 2000's American Vintage instruments are quite desirable, especially in unique colors. That's why we were excited to get this Fender American Vintage '62 Telecaster Custom in the refreshing Ocean Turquoise finish.
This Tele comes with a plethora of period-correct components and appointments. Everything is here from its double-bound alder body, 21-fret maple neck with vintage profile (7.25" radius) and rosewood fingerboard, vintage-style tuners, to its tonally-accurate vintage-style pickups, and more! Speaking of pickups these come with American Vintage '62 Custom Single-Coil Tele specifically designed to give you the warmth and twang of these classic guitars. You get the classic chrome Volume and Tone knobs with a 3-way pickup selector. This guitar also features the American Vintage 3-saddle String-through-body "Ashtray" bridge.
With its limited finish this definitely a Tele Custom unlike others. Over the course of the last 20 years, the finish has faded a bit, giving this guitar a nice vintage vibe. This American Vintage Tele Custom is in excellent condition, especially considering it's age (the previous owner kept great care of it). The hardshell case and paperwork is included. It's been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop.
