If you're looking for an excellent acoustic electric that is hard to find, we have this Alvarez Yairi DY-88, one you don't see very often. This is an acoustic electric with a dreadnought body and a deep rounded cutaway for plenty of access to the entire fingerboard which is great for rhythm and lead playing.

This Alvarez is a Japanese made Yairi that comes with a solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides. It comes with abalone purfling and ivory body binding that really exemplifies its stylish look especially contrasting its black gloss finish. This resonant produces plenty of unique tones with its top with no soundhole. Thanks to this design you get excellent feedback control that's perfect for loud playing situations.
The guitar has a very comfortable mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard with pearl dot inlays and a 12th-fret pearl snowflake inlay. There is a direct-coupled ebony bridge that transfers maximum resonance throughout the body and to the pickup. Stay in tune a set of gold Alvarez die-cast tuners.
This guitar includes an Alvarez 500A electronics system with transducers for each string. This pickup system brings you the best acoustics of this instrument.
This incredible acoustic electric is in good condition with a good amount of player wear but nothing too major. Everything is original except the control cavity cover - the guitar came to us without one so we custom made a cover to fit it. As an added bonus, it comes with a hardshell case.
The techs in our shop have set it up to play perfectly so it's ready to go!
