Vintage Guild S60-D Electric Guitar Sunburst With Hard Case
Guild electrics are always a fun find because of their limited production. Up for sale is this Guild S60-D in the Sunburst finish. Built in the wonderful year of 1979, which is also the debut year of the the Sony Walkman, Burton snowboard, and McDonald's Happy Meal, this Guild guitar is quite the find. You don't see many of these around.
The S60-D has a unique double-cut offset mahogany body that is unique to this model. You get a set mahogany neck profile that is on the slimmer side. For pickups this guitar comes with two single-coil pickups. They sound full, but with that classic chime.
This guitar has a lot of personality (a winning personality at that). It's in good condition especially considering the age, with some wear but nothing major. It's been setup to play perfectly by the techs in shop. A hard case is included. For any fans of Guild, or anyone that wants a great vintage guitar that will stand out from the rest, at a great price, here's a nice score!
