Dunable Yeti DE Matte Black with Gig Bag

Dunable Yeti DE Matte Black with Gig Bag

Originally introduced in 2015 as Dunable's first official guitar model, it's the one that put the brand on the map.  The Yeti was immediately heralded for its comfortable and smooth playability, reliable tuning stability, and rock-solid build quality. To this day, it remains the most popular Dunable guitar.  Previously only available through the USA Custom Shop, 10 years of overwhelming demand led to the Yeti DE, a more affordable version but still up to the high standards expected from Dunable.

Ergonomics and stability, along with a super cool look, are what made the Yeti a favorite, and that's what you get here.  This is a Swamp Ash version in a Matte Black finish, one of the coolest we've seen yet.

Built to withstand a beating, it's loud and clear whether tuned standard or way down to the sludgiest lows.  The 25.5" scale and set-neck construction, along with the Medium C neck profile, result in a comfortable playing experience.  The Mahogany neck is topped with an Ebony fretboard that has jumbo frets, ensuring easy riffage and bending when playing leads up high.  Keeping with the simple aesthetic, there are no fretboard inlays, but there are luminlay side dots to help on the darkest of stages.

This guitar is loaded with Dunable's own Bladewolf pickups.  These are high-output ceramic humbuckers designed to provide the right mix of power and clarity.  They definitely don't sound muddy, even when the guitar is tuned way down.  The punch is still there, along with a nice top end.  They're actually quite versatile.  Bladewolf pickups have a nice sparkle on top of juicy midrange and a chunky bottom end. Soaring leads, raunchy rhythms, and presence in any mix characterize this amazing pickup set. Great for any style of metal, rock, or fusion, but with the ability to be utilized in any style of music.

The bottom line is that the Yeti in general is an amazing guitar, and this one in particular is a unique take on it.  The Matte Black finish has been in high demand - we're thrilled to get it and have a feeling it will be gone soon!
