Dunable Minotaur DE Oxblood Metallic with Gig Bag
It's here! For the first time ever, as of December 2025, the Minotaur is now part of the Dunable DE line.
What started as a long-time desire to revamp an old model, slowly turned into a fresh new guitar, which Dunable believes to be their greatest achievement yet. The Minotaur's DNA is rooted in the classic Moonflower model, which was discontinued in 2017. However, they longed to create a fresh take on a carved top guitar design, and various attempts to rework the Moonflower led them to a brand new concept with the Minotuar.
This is a guitar that plays fast and smooth, sounds amazing, and gives maximum physical ergonomic comfort. The Minotaur's soft and strategically designed contours, simple and effective control layout, and 25.5" scale length is the essence of all things heavy. Now, it's available as a DE version, which is what we have here.
The DE Minotaur is an exceptional guitar, designed for those who seek both a powerful tone and effortless playability, at an affordable price point. Featuring a comfortable medium “C” neck profile, it's easy to play. The mahogany body offers a warm, resonant base, while the Dunable Cthulhu pickups - hot-wound Alnico V humbuckers - provide substantial output with a dynamic response, making it suitable for everything from heavy, sludgy riffs to soaring lead melodies. The guitar is completed with locking tuners, a Graphtech Tusq nut, and a Tune O Matic bridge. The luminlay side dots are a nice touch, as are the pearloid block inlays to go along with the white binding.
This one is dressed to impress, with a striking Oxblood Metallic gloss finish, which looks amazing and accents the body perfectly. Of course, it plays great and sounds killer. Dunable hit a home run with the DE version of the Minotaur.
