This Knaggs features a carved Tier 1 Curly Maple top over a thick, chambered Mahogany body. This construction provides the resonant, airy quality of a traditional archtop but with the sustain and feedbackbusting of a solid-body instrument. The Winter Solstice finish perfectly shows off the deep, figured grains of the maple giving the guitar a look that is both icy and elegant. It features a mahogany neck with a classic "C" profile and an ebony fingerboard adorned with Knaggs' signature morning star inlays. The 24.75" scale length and 12" radius offer a familiar, comfortable feel for players used to vintage specs, while the Influence bridge system, designed by Joe Knaggs himself, increases string vibration and harmonic transfer to the body.
