This powerful tabletop synth brings you a world of analog synth tones all with the classic controls to help sculpt whatever synth sounds you want. The Minitaur is based on the Moog Taurus III and features two oscillators with square and sawtooth wave shapes, filtering, modulations, and more. There’s no menu diving here; it’s a one-knob-per-function design. When you want more "growl," you just grab a knob and turn it. It’s tactile, immediate, and incredibly satisfying to tweak mid-performance.

It wouldn’t be a Moog without the filter. The Minitaur is equipped with the iconic Moog Ladder Filter, allowing you to sculpt your low end from smooth, creamy subs to aggressive, resonant snarls. Plus, with the recent firmware updates, you can now access "under the hood" features like Hard Sync and multiple LFO shapes via the free editor software, giving this "simple" box a surprising amount of sound-design depth. This synth even has plenty of external control inputs too! You get MIDI, CV, and audio input controls, so even if you want to sync with external sources it's a breeze.
